Disney World - Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom was Daniel's favorite park! I cannot find any of my pictures from the Safari, but that was our favorite ride. I think they were downloaded earlier in the week because we actually made 2 trips to Animal Kingdom! They only allow biodegradable products into the park due to the safari animals. So, the straws were paper and they didn't have lids.

We started the day out by accidentally happening upon a parade!
We were excited to ride the roller coaster. It had a Yeti museum you walked through while you waited to get to the ride. The roller coaster actually went down the course until the path "ended" and then went backwards! It was a neat ride and the views were gorgeous.

My crazy husband. We went through the single rider line on a lot of rides to get through faster. It meant we didn't ride together but we got to ride more times!

My absolute favorite part of the day was the Festival of the Lion King.. it was almost a mini-broadway play of the Lion King. They had awesome floats and acrobats. The costumes were amazing. The singing almost shamed the real broadway play.

More characters!

Carvings in the Tree of Life

The Bug's Life 4D movie inside the Tree of Life was AWESOME! It had water that sprayed you and bugs that felt like they were moving under your seat. Daniel enjoyed the technology of it. Here we are with our special (ugly) glasses on.
Up close of the Tree
Dino-land had some neat old style fair rides. This is a huge dinosaur you pass when entering into this part of the park.

Disney World - Hollywood Studios

We spent our fifth anniversary at Hollywood Studios. We had a great day and rode some awesome rides. Our favorites were the Tower of Terror and the Rockin' Roller Coaster. Also, we saw an awesome stunt show called Lights, Camera, Action that showed how the film car stunts in movies. It was my personal favorite activity! We ended the day with dinner at the Sci-Fi Drive In. It was like a drive in movie theather recreated that played old sci-fi cartoons. It was a wonderful anniversary!

It looked like a city street :) The far end is a huge painting!
I included this picture so I would remember what
I looked like a month before I got pregnant with Hallie Kate :)
They had an American Idol skit/show inside the park. I stopped and got a photo done with Daniel. I thought it was cute and very true to my singing ability.
Fantasia's Hat!

My parents also met up with us later in the day! Dad loved the roller coasters!
